Omnira for Universities — Program Agreement

What the university receives

The Sovereign Omnira Package at no charge for 12 months, renewable, valued at $150,000 value. The hub licence terms in our Privacy & Security policy apply: your own use, on premises you control.

What the university gives

Product feedback once each calendar month, through the form on omnira.dev, by the contact who applied or someone they name.

Feedback

360 World, Inc. may use the feedback to improve its products, without payment. We quote the university by name only with its written permission.

No fees

Nothing is charged under this agreement, and no payment details are asked for.

Missed feedback

We send reminders. After two months in a row without feedback we may contact the university and may pause the licence; a person decides, never an automatic process.

Ending

Either side may end this agreement with 30 days’ notice. At the end, the hub stops when its licence ends.

Beta

Omnira™ is a beta product, as our policy says: expect bugs; no warranties; our liability is limited.
