Privacy & Security

Overview

Omnira™ and the Compute Fabric™ (together, the “Platform”, “we”, “us”) let you onboard devices you own so their spare compute can serve real software — and let builders publish services that run on that compute without provisioning servers. The Platform is owned and operated by 360 World, Inc., a Delaware corporation, the legal entity behind Omnira™ and the Compute Fabric™ — “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company.

This policy explains what we collect, why, how we share it, how long we keep it, the choices you have, and how we secure it. It also sets out the terms the Platform is provided on: that it is a beta product with bugs, how plans renew and are cancelled, that payments are not refunded, what you may and may not do with it, the licence for Sovereign Omnira (the Omnira Hub you run yourself), the limits on what we are liable for, and how disputes are resolved. By creating an account, onboarding a device, buying or renewing a plan, or installing or running an Omnira Hub, you agree to this policy and the terms in it. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. If you have a separate agreement signed by us, that agreement controls wherever it differs.

Early Access & Earnings Disclaimer

Omnira™ is in early access. You can create an account and buy a plan, but the Platform is still under active development. Availability, features, the plans on offer, and who may join can be changed, limited, or ended at any time.

Dollar amounts shown are indicative, not actual payouts. Any earnings, balances, rates, or dollar figures displayed anywhere on the Platform — including your device dashboard and earning estimates — are illustrative projections of what a device might earn if and when paid services become generally available. They are not a statement of money owed, not a promise of payment, and not a guarantee of future earnings. During the beta, no cash payouts are made to device owners. Actual earnings, if any, will depend on paid customer demand, final pricing, your device’s real contribution, applicable fees and taxes, and identity and payout verification — and may differ materially from any figure shown.

Estimates are not promises. Figures such as cloud-bill savings, running costs, attack surface, or exposure — on our website, in our materials, or in the product — come from our own modelling. They are not measurements of your systems and not promises, and your results will differ.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes an offer of employment, a securities offering, or investment, financial, or tax advice.

Confidentiality continues. If you accepted the Early-Access Confidentiality Agreement when you joined, it continues to apply to what you see and learn.

Beta Product — A Work In Progress

Omnira™ is in beta, so there will be bugs. Everything we offer is a beta product and a work in progress — Omnira™, the Compute Fabric™, Sovereign Omnira (the Omnira Hub you install yourself), the device apps, and every free or paid plan. Features, availability, performance, and pricing are under active development and may change, be limited, or be withdrawn at any time, with or without notice.

“Any code, any device, any network” is what the Platform is built for. It is a design goal, not a guarantee. We have not tested every programming language, framework, device model, operating-system version, cloud, network, firewall, carrier, or configuration, and some features are not finished on every platform. Compatibility, performance, and availability will vary, and some combinations will not work.

Some things are outside our control. The internet and the networks in between, cloud and hosting providers, app stores and operating-system updates, device owners who switch a device off, power, third-party services such as payment, e-mail and domain providers, and your own machines, settings, and code all affect what you experience.

Expect defects. You may meet bugs, interruptions, lost data or settings, changes that are not backwards compatible, and corner cases nobody has met before. You use the Platform on an as-is, as-available basis. Keep your own backups and safeguards, and do not rely on the Platform as your only protection for anything that matters to you.

Not for high-risk use. Do not use the Platform for anything where a failure, delay, or error could lead to death, personal injury, environmental damage, or severe financial loss — for example medical or emergency systems, the control of vehicles, aircraft, or machinery, nuclear facilities, weapons, or critical infrastructure — or to keep the only copy of anything you need.

Beta data may be reset. While the Platform is in beta we may need to change, migrate, reset, or delete data, settings, services, and device registrations. We try to give notice first, but we cannot always.

Support is best effort. We answer support@omnira.dev as quickly as we can, but response and fix times are not guaranteed, and some defects may never be fixed.

No promise of a final version. We may change direction, rename, change, or stop any feature, plan, or product, or end the beta, at any time.

Plans, Billing, Cancellation & No Refunds

These terms apply to every plan and every purchase — Starter, Pro, and the Sovereign Omnira Plan (formerly Enterprise, Trusted Channel Partner, and Scale) — unless an agreement signed by us says otherwise — free trials, and one-time purchases such as compute tokens.

Beta pricing. Prices are low because this is an early version. The price you pay already reflects the limits, the defects, and the risks described in this policy; that is part of the bargain between us.

Automatic renewal. A paid plan is a monthly subscription. It is charged in advance to your payment method at the start of each billing period, at the price then in effect, and it renews automatically every month until you cancel. You agree to this when you subscribe. A free trial becomes a paid plan when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.

How to cancel. You can cancel online at any time — on your Account page (Cancel plan) or through Manage billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date.

No refunds — cancellation only. All payments are final. We do not give refunds or credits, in whole or in part — not for part of a billing period; unused time, capacity, or tokens; a renewal you forgot to cancel; a downgrade; a change to features, limits, or prices; a feature that does not work for you or on your device, network, or cloud; a hub that does not install or run on your machines; a bug, a defect, an outage, or an interruption; the suspension or ending of your account for a breach of these terms; or because you stopped using the Platform. If the Platform does not work for you, your remedy is to cancel. The only exceptions are a refund the law requires us to give and a charge made by our own mistake, such as charging you twice — tell us and we will correct it.

Billing questions or problems? Write to support@omnira.dev.

The Sovereign Omnira Plan is sold through our sales team, under a written order or agreement signed with us: an annual Omnira Hub licence for each cluster and a monthly fee for each active worker node, at the prices that order sets out. The prices on the Sovereign page are typical ranges, not an offer; your order or agreement controls. Published Sovereign Omnira prices are a limited-time offer with no promise of future availability; we may change them at any time, and your order or agreement sets the price you pay. A CPU worker node is up to 10 vCPU in one machine, and a machine with more counts as more nodes, one for every 10 vCPU or part of 10; a GPU worker node is one GPU with up to 10 vCPU of its host, and the host’s other vCPU count as CPU nodes. To ask for one, write to sales@omnira.dev.

If you bought the Sovereign Omnira Plan online before October 13, 2026, your subscription continues on the terms you bought it on — the one-time setup fee already paid and not charged again, and a monthly fee for each node at the price of the tier your total falls in — until it ends; once it ends it can’t be bought online again. To change the number of nodes, write to support@omnira.dev; a higher price for your own subscription follows the notice terms below.

Service levels are targets during the beta. Any uptime, response-time, or support-time figure shown for a plan you buy online is a target we work towards, not a guarantee, and missing it does not entitle you to a credit or a refund. Binding service levels exist only in an agreement signed by us.

Plan prices may change at any time. The prices, inclusions, and limits shown for any plan are current figures for an evolving service and may be changed, added to, or removed at any time at our discretion. Where a price increase affects an active paid subscription, we tell you at least 7 days before it takes effect and apply it from your next billing period; if you do not want the new price, cancel before then. Your continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated pricing.

Discount codes and special prices are offered at our discretion. Each applies only as stated when it is offered, has no cash value, cannot be combined with another unless we say so, and may be withdrawn if it is misused or was issued in error.

Fair use for anything not explicitly specified. Any usage, resource, quota, rate, or entitlement that is not explicitly spelled out in your plan is provided on a fair-use basis. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine what constitutes fair use and to apply a reasonable cap, throttle, or other limit where a particular situation requires it — for example, to protect the network, prevent abuse, control cost, or keep the service available and equitable for everyone. We will act reasonably and, where practical, let you know before applying such a limit to your account.

Payments and taxes. Card payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe; we do not store your card number. Prices do not include taxes, which are yours to pay where they apply; where we must collect a tax, it is added at checkout. If a payment fails we may suspend or downgrade your plan.

Contact us before your bank. If you think a charge is wrong, write to support@omnira.dev first — we correct our own mistakes. If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer instead, we may suspend your account and any hub licence until the dispute is resolved, and, where the law allows, you are responsible for the fees and costs the dispute causes us.

Your Account

Who may use the Platform. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Platform for a company or other organization, you confirm that you may bind it to these terms, and “you” includes that organization.

Keep your account secure. Your account is protected by your e-mail account — and by Google, if you sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping those secure, for the information you give us being accurate, and for everything done through your account. Tell us at security@omnira.dev right away if you think someone else has used it.

We communicate electronically. You agree to receive account, security, and billing notices by e-mail and in the product; they are part of the service. Accepting these terms online, and each time you pay, is your electronic signature, and we keep a record of the version you accepted.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the Platform, or let anyone use a service you publish on it, to:

• break any law, or anyone’s rights — including intellectual-property, privacy, and publicity rights;
• distribute malware, or attack, probe, scan, or overload any system or network, including the devices that run your services;
• mine cryptocurrency, or run any other work that misuses the devices of the people who serve it;
• send spam, or run phishing, fraud, or scams;
• host or distribute content that exploits or endangers children, or that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or promotes violence;
• get unauthorised access to any account, device, service, or data, or get around any limit, security measure, or meter;
• resell, share, or sublicense access to the Platform or a plan without our written agreement.

We do not review services before they run, but we may remove or stop a service, pause a device, or suspend an account that we reasonably believe breaks these rules — without notice where that is needed to protect the network or other people. To report a service or content that infringes your rights or breaks the law, write to support@omnira.dev with enough detail for us to find it.

Your Devices

When a device you add serves work, it uses its processor, memory, network connection, and power. That can mean more heat, battery wear, data use, or slower performance, and costs from your internet, mobile, or power provider. You decide when a device serves, and you can pause or remove it at any time.

You are responsible for having permission to run Omnira™ on each device and on each network it uses — for example your employer’s, school’s, or landlord’s — for any charges from your providers, and for the condition of your devices. We are not liable for damage to, wear of, or costs on any device or network you connect.

Third-Party Services

The Platform relies on other companies — for example payment processing (Stripe), sign-in (Google), e-mail delivery, cloud and hosting providers, app stores, and the networks in between. Their own terms and privacy policies govern what they do. We are not responsible for their services, their availability, or the changes they make, and a failure on their side is not a failure of ours.

Sovereign Omnira (Omnira Hub) — Licence Terms

Sovereign Omnira is software — the Omnira Hub — that you install and run on machines you control. It comes with the Sovereign Omnira Plan — bought online before October 13, 2026, or under an order or agreement with our sales team — for as long as that plan or agreement is active. The software is licensed, not sold.

What you may do. While your plan is active and you follow these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to install and run the Omnira Hub, in the form we deliver it, for your own internal use, on premises you control — your own servers, your own data centre, or your own cloud account — up to the number of hubs and devices your plan includes. Your own staff and contractors may operate it for you, and the people you serve may use the services you publish on it. All rights we do not expressly grant are reserved.

What you may not do. You may not, and may not let anyone else:

• clone it — copy, mirror, or reproduce the software, other than the copies needed to run your licensed hub and keep backups of it;
• pass it on — distribute, resell, rent, lease, lend, sublicense, or otherwise make the software or a licence key available to anyone else;
• OEM or white-label it — bundle, embed, pre-install, or ship it in or with any product, appliance, device, or service; rebrand it; or remove or change any notice or mark on it;
• run a business on it for others — use it to offer hosting, a managed service, or a service bureau, to operate a marketplace or an exchange on which other parties buy, sell, or share compute or services, or otherwise for the benefit of anyone but you;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it, or try to obtain its source code, except where the law gives you that right despite this restriction;
• modify it, make derivative works of it, or use it, or what you learn from it, to build a competing product or service;
• get around, switch off, or tamper with licence keys, activation, limits, or any other technical control, share or publish a licence key, or run one licence on more machines than it covers;
• use it in breach of any law, including export-control and sanctions laws.

Other uses need a different licence. OEM, resale, distribution, hosting for others, operating an exchange or marketplace, and any other commercial use beyond your own internal use are not included in any plan you can buy online. They are available only under a separate written agreement signed by 360 World, Inc. — a custom contract. Write to sales@omnira.dev.

Licence keys and what a hub tells us. A licence key is confidential and ties itself to one machine when it is first used. When a hub activates its licence it sends us the key, a one-way fingerprint of the machine, the hub’s name, its network and web addresses, its operating system, processor type and software version, and the e-mail address of its first administrator. Once a day it renews its licence, sending the fingerprint, its web address, its software version, and whether you allow our support team to help with it. We also see the network address each request comes from. We use all of this to confirm and enforce the licence, for support, and for security. Unless an agreement signed by us says otherwise, a hub needs to reach us from time to time to keep its licence current.

E-mail your hub sends through us. Unless your hub is set up to send its own e-mail, we deliver its e-mail for it — the sign-in codes your users receive and the hub’s notices — so we receive each recipient’s e-mail address, the code or the notice, and the names of the services and devices a notice is about. We use them only to deliver that e-mail.

We do not receive the services you run on your hub or the data they handle; they stay on your machines, and we cannot see into your hub or recover anything from it. We may ask you to confirm in writing how a hub is being used.

Your hub is yours to run, and your responsibility. You are responsible for your machines and network, for your cloud account and everything your cloud provider charges you, for security, updates, and backups, for the services and data on your hub and the people you let use it, and for meeting the laws that apply to you — including data-protection law for any personal information your hub holds. If you ask us to create a machine in your own cloud account, your cloud provider bills you for it directly; we use the short-lived permission you give only to create what the page lists, and we do not keep it. A hub must run on machines that meet the published system requirements; anything less is unsupported.

When the licence ends. Your licence ends when your plan ends, is cancelled, or is not paid for, or if you break these terms. A hub without a current licence stops serving, and you must stop using the software and remove every copy of it. A new installation may run for a short trial period without a key; these terms apply to it in full. We may release updates at any time, and older versions may stop being supported or stop activating.

Ownership and feedback. The Platform, the Omnira Hub software, its documentation, and the Omnira™ and Compute Fabric™ names and marks belong to us and our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws; these terms give you no right to them beyond the licence above. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely without owing you anything. Open-source components delivered with the software come under their own licences, and nothing here limits your rights under those.

No Warranties

The Platform, every plan, and the Omnira Hub are provided “as is” and “as available”, with all faults. To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory — including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or quiet enjoyment, and any warranty arising from a course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not promise that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free of errors, that defects will be corrected, that it will work with any particular code, device, or network, or that any result, figure, or estimate it shows is accurate or complete. Nothing anyone says on our behalf creates a warranty that is not written here.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we — and our officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and suppliers — are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data, for downtime or interruption, or for the cost of replacement services, however caused — including by a bug, a defect, an incompatibility, an outage, a security incident, or something a third party did or failed to do — and whether the claim is in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or anything else, even if we were told the damage was possible.

Our total liability for all claims connected with the Platform, a plan, or the Omnira Hub is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event that gave rise to the claim, or US $100 if you paid nothing.

Your remedy is to stop using the Platform and cancel. Beyond your right to cancel and the limited amount above, we accept no other liability. These limits apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose; they are a basic part of the bargain and are reflected in the low beta price. Some places do not allow some of these limits; where that is so, our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law allows, and nothing here removes a liability the law does not let us remove.

Your Responsibilities & Indemnity

You are responsible for your account, your devices, your hub, and the code, services, and content you publish or run — including that you have the rights to them, that they are lawful, and that they do not carry malware or abuse the network or anyone’s data — and for keeping your own copies of them. You agree to defend and indemnify us, and our officers, directors, employees, and agents, against any claim, loss, or cost (including reasonable legal fees) brought by someone else that arises from your services, content, devices, or hub, from the people you let use them, from your breach of these terms — in particular acceptable use and the licence limits above — or from your breach of any law.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or end your access, a plan, or a hub licence if you break these terms, do not pay, put the network or other people at risk, or where the law requires it. Where we end a plan because of your breach, payments already made are not refunded. The terms that by their nature should continue — including acceptable use, the licence limits, no refunds, no warranties, the limitation of liability, your indemnity, and the law and disputes terms, including arbitration — continue after your account, plan, or licence ends.

Information We Collect

Information you give us

We receive and store the information you provide when you use Omnira™. You can choose not to provide some of it, but then certain features may be unavailable. You give us information when you, for example:

• create an account or sign in (your email address, and a display name if you set one; we e-mail you a one-time code to sign in, unless you sign in with Google);
• onboard a device (a name you choose for it, the kind of device it is, and your location label if you set one);
• publish or manage a service you want to run on the Compute Fabric™;
• set up payouts, once payouts launch (payout method details and the tax information required to pay you and meet reporting obligations);
• upgrade your plan or purchase capacity (handled by our payment processor — see below);
• run the Traceless Compute Proof on a machine (see “When you run the Traceless Compute Proof” below);
• leave your email on our website — for example to be told when the white paper is published — or send us a message (your email address and your message, which go to our sales team);
• contact us, request support, or talk to sales.

Depending on what you do, this may include identifying information such as your name and email, payout and tax details, the contents of your messages to us, and information about the devices and services you connect.

Information we collect automatically

When you use the Platform we automatically collect certain operational information, including:

• the IP address used to connect your device to the network, and similar connection details;
• sign-in and session information needed to keep you logged in securely;
• device and capacity metrics — for example operating system, processor and memory available, whether a device is online, how much traffic it served, and any errors — so we can route work, show your dashboard, and calculate earnings;
• usage of Omnira™ itself, such as the pages and features you interact with, to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Like most online services, we use cookies and similar identifiers for these purposes (see “Cookies” below).

When you run the Traceless Compute Proof

The Traceless Compute Proof checks, on a machine you choose, that the services it runs leave nothing on that machine’s disk. To show you the result while it runs, and to keep it afterwards, the machine you test sends us:

• what the machine is: its operating system, kernel and processor type, and on Linux its distribution;
• what reached its disk: how many bytes were written, and by which programs (by program name), its used space, and its memory;
• the names, sizes, times and owners of the files that changed on its disk since the proof began, and of the files in the Omnira runner’s own folder — never what is in them;
• the results of each check: the requests it answered, fingerprints of the files on its disks to compare before and after, the output of a runner restart, and the phrase the disks were searched for — the proof’s own, or one you typed — with where it was found, if anywhere.

A proof in your own Google Cloud also records the project, zone and machine names it created there. We keep each proof’s record with your account so you can look back at it, and we use it to support you and to improve the proof. We keep the phrase whole only until its search has run; after that we keep only its first two characters and its length. We delete each proof’s record 90 days after the proof ends, unless we keep it on purpose — to look into a problem you reported, or because you asked us to. Do not type a real password or other secret as your own phrase: it reaches us, and we keep it whole until its search has run. To have a proof’s record deleted, write to privacy@omnira.dev.

Information from other sources

We may receive information from service providers who help us operate the Platform — for example a payment or tax processor confirming a payout, or a fraud-prevention provider flagging suspicious activity — which we use to keep records accurate and the network safe.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Platform. Specifically, to:

• Run the service. Register your devices, route work to available compute, serve published services, and keep your dashboard accurate.
• Calculate earnings, and pay them once payouts launch. Measure the traffic your devices serve and compute what they have earned; once payouts launch, issue them and meet tax-reporting obligations.
• Bill for usage. Charge for plans or capacity and provide receipts and statements.
• Run and keep your proofs. Show you what a Traceless Compute Proof measured on your machine, keep its record so you can look back at it, and improve the proof.
• Answer your messages. Reply to what you send us — for example, tell you when the white paper is published.
• Support you. Respond to your requests, troubleshoot, and send service-related notices about your account, devices, or services.
• Keep the network safe. Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats, and enforce our terms.
• Improve the Platform. Analyze performance, fix errors, and develop new features.
• Comply with law. Meet legal, regulatory, and reporting requirements that apply to us.

Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar identifiers to recognize you when you sign in, keep track of your preferences and session, remember the state of your devices and services, conduct diagnostics to improve the Platform, prevent fraudulent activity, and improve security. You can manage cookies in your browser settings; disabling some cookies may limit features such as staying signed in.

How We Share Information

Information about our users is part of running the Platform, and we do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only as described here:

• Service providers. We use trusted third parties to perform functions on our behalf — such as payment processing, cloud hosting and storage, and email delivery, and — once payouts launch — payout, tax and identity verification. They receive only the information needed to do their work and are bound to protect it and use it only for that purpose.
• At your direction. When you publish a service or join a network, the information you choose to share through those features is shared accordingly.
• Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of users, the public, or the Platform.
• Business transfers. If 360 World, Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

Security

Security is built into how the Platform works. Our practices include:

• Encryption in transit. Connections to Omnira™ and traffic across the Compute Fabric™ are protected with industry-standard transport encryption (HTTPS/TLS).
• Data minimization. We collect the minimum information needed to run the service, and we keep sensitive details such as tax identifiers protected and access-restricted.
• Your device stays yours. When your device serves a published service, that work runs in temporary memory and is removed when it stops — service code is not written to your device’s permanent storage. On a phone a service cannot reach your files at all, and on a Mac it is kept out of your personal folders. On a Linux machine a service is not yet kept from the files on it, so serve from Linux machines that hold nothing personal.
• Builder protection. A published service is delivered to serving devices only to run, and is not left behind on devices it ran on.
• Access controls. Access to systems and personal information is restricted to authorized personnel and logged.
• Check it yourself. The Traceless Compute Proof runs on a machine you choose and shows you, as it runs, what reached that machine’s disk.
• Account safety. We use secure sign-in and session protections, and you control which of your devices are serving at any time — you can pause or turn a device off whenever you want.

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your information, to respond promptly to any issue, and — if a breach ever affects your personal information — to notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law. If you believe your account or a device has been compromised, or you’ve found a security issue you’d like to report responsibly, contact security@omnira.dev right away.

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Platform. We retain earnings, billing, and tax records for the periods required by law and for legitimate business and audit purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. You can ask us to close your account and delete your information, subject to records we are required to keep. We keep the emails and messages you leave with us until you ask us to delete them. We delete each proof’s record 90 days after the proof ends, or sooner if you ask us to, unless we keep it on purpose — to look into a problem you reported, or because you asked us to.

Education Programs

When you apply for the student or university program, we collect what the form asks for — your name, your college or university, your program and expected graduation (students), your role, department, planned use and expected size (universities), your country, and your college or university e-mail address — plus, for universities, your acceptance of the Program Agreement and the feedback you send each month. We use it to decide whether you qualify, to give you the plan or package, and to run the agreement. We send a one-time code to the college address only to confirm it is yours.

We keep an application while its plan or agreement runs and for 12 months after, then delete it — except a one-way fingerprint of the college address, which we keep so one address can serve only one account. You can withdraw an application that is still open on the application page, which deletes its details, or write to privacy@omnira.dev to have any application deleted.

Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, to object to or limit certain uses, and to withdraw consent. You can:

• view and update much of your information from your dashboard;
• turn devices on or off, and stop serving at any time;
• request a copy or deletion of your information, or close your account, by contacting us.

We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. If you are a resident of California or another U.S. state with privacy laws, those rights apply to you and we honor verified requests as required.

Children’s Privacy

The Platform is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

International Users

The Platform is operated from the United States, and your information may be processed there and in other countries where we or our service providers operate. We process personal information in accordance with applicable U.S. federal and state privacy laws.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy and the terms in it. When we do, we revise the “Updated” date above. For a material change to the terms of a paid plan, we tell you in the product or by e-mail at least 7 days before it takes effect, unless a change is needed sooner for legal or security reasons. The version you accepted when you paid is recorded. If you do not agree to a change, stop using the Platform and cancel before it takes effect; continuing to use the Platform after that means you accept it.

Governing Law & Disputes

Governing law. This policy and the terms in it are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules; the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Talk to us first. Before bringing any claim, write to support@omnira.dev describing the problem and what you are asking for. Both of us will try in good faith to resolve it within 60 days.

Individual arbitration. If it is not resolved, any dispute arising out of or relating to the Platform, a plan, a hub licence, or these terms will be settled by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules (or, if you use the Platform for a business, its Commercial Arbitration Rules), before one arbitrator, in Alameda County, California, or by video. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this agreement to arbitrate. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either of us may ask a court to stop the infringement or misuse of intellectual property or confidential information.

No class actions and no jury. Disputes are resolved only on an individual basis — never as a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action — and the arbitrator may award relief only to the individual party. To the extent a dispute is heard in court, you and we waive any right to a jury trial.

You may opt out of arbitration by e-mailing support@omnira.dev within 30 days after you first accept these terms, saying that you opt out. If you opt out, or if the agreement to arbitrate or the class-action waiver does not apply to a claim, that claim will be heard only in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California, and you and we accept the jurisdiction of those courts.

To the extent the law allows, a claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arose.

You may not transfer your account, a plan, or a hub licence to anyone else without our written consent; we may transfer ours as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect, and that part is enforced as far as the law allows. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. Neither of us is responsible for a failure caused by events beyond reasonable control. Together with any agreement signed by us and the confidentiality agreement you accepted, this is the whole agreement between us about the Platform.
